The Associate Director, Patient Inclusion Solutions sits within the Clinical Development Operations (CDO) organization. This role will report into the Director, Patient Engagement & Inclusion Solutions. 

•    Drives contracting expectations for patient engagement partners sourced from business strategy for patient groups 
•    Work with diverse suppliers to map their capabilities to current and future business needs  
•    Oversee usage of Diversity & Patient Inclusion team solutions for continuous improvement and metric collection to demonstrate timely execution of team deliverables
•    Understand the evolving needs of the team, appropriately prioritizes demands, and selects appropriate solutions, tools, and platforms to be deployed to drive executional excellence of patient engagement activities
•    Map the user experience and design of the knowledge management tool aimed to increases cross-functional visibility for patient and site perspectives collected across portfolio
•    Responsible for working with legal and procurement to streamline patient group contracting process and refresh guidance on patient engagement practices
•    Develop patient-facing website optimization plan to transition from push communication to interactive engagement tool that drives informed decision making for patients and care partners
•    Work with business insights and the team to collect information for KPI tracking


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced degree is desirable.
•    Minimum of 10 years + of pharma-related/clinical research experience or equivalent
•    10 years+ of patient recruitment, project management and people management (preferred)
•    Operational understanding of the global regulatory environment is desirable.
•    Excellent collaborator and articulate communicator – easily build relationships across geographic locations and gains cross functional alignment.
•    Ability to communicate persuasively with clarity, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements, resourcefulness, and creativity
•    Strategic thinker with excellent business and financial aptitude, very analytical and uses data to drive the business and continuous improvements.
