The Manager, Patient Engagement sits within the Clinical Development Operations (CDO) organization. This role will report into the Director, Patient Engagement & Inclusion Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct insights gathering to support creation of the Clinical Trial Journeys for indications
  • Triage GMI inquiries to appropriate internal contacts or provide relevant trial information
  • Set up capabilities presentations with new suppliers and create supplier profiles for project mapping
  • Manage the programming and deployment of site-facing surveys such as the Global All Investigator Survey and end of study surveys
  • Conduct digital tools/decentralized assessments and generate report outlines of recommendations that render clear and actionable output for operational execution and key support tools needed for implementation success
  • Support template development for Diversity and Patient Inclusion’s deliverables
  • Manage Sharepoint and Knowledge management tool for Diversity and Patient Inclusion team
  • Support supplier oversight in project execution

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years + of pharma-related/clinical research experience or equivalent
  • Excellent collaborator and articulate communicator – easily build relationships across geographic locations and gains cross functional alignment.
  • Executional excellence and ability to synthesize key themes from insights projects
