We are actively looking for a Associate Manager FP&A to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will be an integral member of the FP&A team, supporting the G&A Finance organization at Regeneron. The role will support the Finance Leads for several G&A functions, most notably the Human Resources and Law Departments.

The Associate Manager FP&A will be a strategic member of the G&A Finance team and will primarily be responsible for preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. In addition, this person will act as a cost center controller and analyze actual to budget variances, prepare monthly reporting packages, and assist the Finance Leads with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed. The SFA will assist the G&A Finance team with forecast and budget data inputs as well as being tasked to identify and implement improvements with current departmental procedures.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Partnering with the G&A Finance team to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Being responsible for the preparation and presentation of analyses, forecasts and reports to support decision making
  • Forecasting expenses and analyzing results
  • Structuring targeted analysis and conducting research to uncover insights to drive business decisions
  • Reviewing financial reports and providing explanation of budget variances
  • Supporting other general and administrative departments with ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements within the G&A Finance team

This role might be for you if posses:

  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Charts, Functions & Formulas
  • Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and P&L statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with a planning tool such as Hyperion Planning is a plus
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools is desirable (Hyperion, Qlik, Cognos)Core
  • Proactive and analytical problem solver with the ability think outside of the box and adept at identifying areas of improvement
  • Proven problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills


To be considered for this position you must possess a bachelor's degree with 3-7 years FP&A experience ; MBA preferred. The ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced, and at times ambiguous work environment. Ability to make sense of and interpret transactional data. Strong communication and presentation skills. A collaborative teammate with a positive demeanor and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
