This position is responsible for timely completion of Quality Investigations for the Rocky Mount site of Hospira, a Pfizer company.


Key responsibilities of the Quality Investigator position are as follows:

  • Efficient coordination and completion of assigned investigations.
  • Multi-tasking proficiency and organizational skills are key requirements, as multiple investigations have to be managed along parallel paths to achieve timely completion.
  • Effective communication with key site personnel of various grade levels from Operator to Senior Management to obtain information required for completion of the investigations.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail are important for this job function to complete thorough, accurate investigations.
  • Provide audit support as needed with timely data preparation to address inspection requests related to Investigations, FARs and Market Actions


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Pharmaceutical experience
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
