The Manager, HR Operations will lead a team that is responsible for data management, audit, and trouble shooting all entries and updates of employee data into HCM (WorkDay) and across all the HR platforms. The role will partner with internal stakeholders in Human Resources to understand business objectives and key HR drivers behind those objectives to create and implement effective and balanced solutions. You will drive the quality and integrity of employee core data, day to day operational transactions and quick resolution of issues within HR Operations

As the Manager, HR Operations, a typical day might include the following:

  • Leading the US team of HR Ops Coordinators.  Coordinating workload and assignments, auditing the processes, identifying and correcting errors, providing assistance in problem solving.
  • Serving as a domain expert in troubleshooting and problem solving for HR Operations as it relates to the systems and quality for data management.
  • Acting as the final audit position within HR Ops prior to actual data entry into the system – with a goal of zero errors.
  • Conducting audits of the process, identifying deviations from the process, keeping an updated log of issues, working with coordinators to ensure compliance with the process.
  • Work with the Global HR teams collecting monthly updates of the operations metrics for the group
  • Working with key collaborators and groups such as payroll and IT to resolve issues, identify solutions to problems and implement those solutions.
  • Partnering with HR Leaders to develop solutions to complex problems, plan of actions and resolution strategies.

  • You possess demonstrable knowledge and experience with HR systems
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to influence peers and leadership within HR and cross-functionally
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong leadership skills; global approach with an understanding and appreciation for regional differences preferred.
  • You have experience/expertise in Workday and ServiceNow and have experience within an HR Service Center model.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's degree or an MBA or Master's degree or equivalent (preferred). Five or more years of progressive experience with business operations and/or HR systems and significant HR operational experience leading / managing direct reports.
