About the Position: Cartography Biosciences (in stealth) is looking for a research scientist to play a major role in the discovery of new drug indications in cancer. You will join a dynamic, highly-innovative team working to build the next generation of cancer therapies using modern approaches in the precision medicine toolkit.  

Responsibilities:

- Develop standard operating procedures for different methods of processing human patient samples from multiple clinical sources. - Manage sample processing programs, including tracking and recording samples throughout the processing pipeline, designing and executing multiple molecular biology and immunology assays, literature review of cancer indications, and interfacing with CROs and other members of the team.  - Opportunities for new technology development with a strong team of scientists.  

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

- Ph.D. in cancer biology, molecular biology, genetics, immunology, or a related field. Or comparable experience in an industry setting. - A strong track record of sample processing including tissue dissociation, nuclei isolation, and flow cytometry. - Familiarity with single-cell genomics methods.     Cartography is committed to an inclusive, open working environment with opportunities for growth and skill acquisition.
