The Role

Orum Therapeutics is seeking an experienced in vivo pharmacologist with expertise in drug discovery to join our dynamic and growing team in Cambridge, MA.

We are: a growing, global biopharma team based in Cambridge and Daejon, Korea. Working to develop novel targeted therapies to address unmet medical needs in oncology, immunooncology, and other diseases. Entering the clinic, while maintaining focus on both treating patients and developing the next generation of treatments. A dynamic, fun, high-paced, collaborative, and empowered work environment with a focus on moving from idea to drug to therapy.

 

You are: excited about joining a team looking to improve the lives of patients. Deeply organized and experienced with running and managing multiple projects to deliver transformative results. A team player with independent initiative, ready to design and implement lean and focused “killer” in vivo experiments to drive validation, lead identification, and candidate optimization. Experienced with multiple oncology models (e.g., CDX, PDX, GEMM, etc.).

 

Responsibilities

Experience working with and coordinating several in vivo CROs for study design, execution, etc.

Organized team player with initiative to lead in vivo strategy for multiple projects (working with Project Leaders to address key experimental questions – efficacy, PK/PD, tolerability, etc.)

Strong communication skills

 

Requirements and Qualifications

3-5 years of industry (biotech/pharma) experience preferred

PhD in pharmacology, oncology, or related field
