Trade & Market Access Analyst

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Eyevance is seeking a newly created position for a Trade & Market Access Analyst. This position will support the Market Access Organization by providing analytical and operational support to the Managed Markets, Patient Access Services, Trade and Institutional Accounts, Pricing and Contracts, and Market Access Strategy and Marketing for each commercial product. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, detail-oriented, analytical individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.  This position will report to the Sr. Director, Commercial Operations and have significant interaction with cross functional teams.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Design and implement analyses to support the Trade & Market Access team that provide insights related to sales trends, formulary access, coverage of lives, market share, potential pull-through opportunities, and competitors by payer type, model and geography.
• Support pre-launch Market Access Strategy & Marketing teams to develop pricing and contracting strategies and design co-pay/trial card programs.
• Supporting analyses for product launch tracking including weekly trends, performance metrics, identification of payers with no access or coverage and payers with high potential.
• Analyzing data from contracted plans and conducting regular and ad hoc reviews and analyses of implemented contracts.
• Support pull-through initiatives by providing detailed analyses related to opportunity and tracking.
• Assists in forecasting and make recommendations based on business data and market knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and when appropriate lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Core competencies, education, and experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Marketing or Finance from a four-year college or university; or three years of related marketing analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience of working with commercial data in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with SQL, Power BI or other querying tools preferred.
• Ability to think critically and work independently under tight deadlines. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.
