Reporting to Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Planning, this role will be responsible for deployment of end-to-end demand, supply and integrated business planning capabilities.

  • Develop systems and capabilities that enable Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, and S&OP meetings.
  • Develop long range capacity planning models
  • Deploy automated solution for balanced scorecard
  • End to End Planning Processes and Systems
  • Finalize the design and deployment of robust end-to-end supply chain business processes across sites / BUs.
  • Partner with IT to deploy Forecast to Finish (F2F) workstream in the Next Generation ERP Program.
  • Enhance enterprise level net requirement, inventory and safety stock planning capabilities.

Relationship Management

  • This function will drive strategy, deployment, and governance of processes and systems in alignment with Site Supply Chain and cross-function partners such as Finance, IT, Quality.
  • Establishes sustained, productive, and effective relations with customers/suppliers.

•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training in Supply Chain Management (APICS or similar professional certification).
•    Minimum 10 years of manufacturing industry experience required with at least 5 years of process or people leadership experience in Supply Chain.
•    3 years direct experience in Production or Demand Planning required.
•    Experience with pharmaceutical standards and cGMP preferred
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong problem-solving skills.
•    Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
•    Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•    Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
•    Ability to work independently, make complex decisions and consistently demonstrate sound judgement.
•    Team oriented and strong internal customer focus.
