How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be supporting our rapidly growing research organization and assisting with reporting and analysis related to strategic partnerships with other World-class biotech Companies.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting in management of financial processes for Intellia’s alliances and assisting with the closing, financial reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and information sharing across the collaborations

  • Ensuring quarterly and annual alliance contractual deliverables are met in a timely manner

  • Producing monthly reporting and analysis for the research organization covering headcount, P&L investment, and capital expenditures

  • Driving process improvements to increase efficiency and create a more seamless experience for internal stakeholders

  • Participating in ad-hoc internal projects

About you:
If you enjoy working in Biotech, and have Financial Planning and ERP systems experience, then this could be just the job for you! To be successful in this role, your communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills will be critical.

Meet your future team: 
This role will report to the Associate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. The FP&A team is made up of 7 individuals who bring a range of experience and knowledge. While a small team, you will join a group of passionate people who enjoy working with one another. In addition to the FP&A team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the larger team under the CFO comprised of Procurement, Accounting, Payroll/Equity, IT, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Operations.

The team is currently working virtually with (tentative) plans to return to our Cambridge, MA office in January. Although in a virtual environment, we’ve made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the team. This includes virtual happy hours, team all-hands, game nights and more! You can expect to join a hardworking, collaborative environment.
