OPPORTUNITY
Mammoth is seeking an industrious full-lifecycle recruiter to assist in our period of rapid growth. This individual will work directly with the Recruiting Manager to fill open roles across all areas of the company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams on positions that are critical to the company’s advancement. This is a unique opportunity to make a key contribution to the growth of an impact-driven organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In close partnership with the Recruiting Manager, manage a requisition load of 10-20 positions, from job description development to references
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers by delivering on requests and driving the recruiting process forward
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activities and maintain candidate status in Lever, our ATS
  • Proactive sourcing strategy development and execution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
  • 2 years of recruiting experience in a scientific industry (i.e. biotech, pharma, medical device)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience recruiting for a fast-growing startup
  • Experience filling requisitions in the diagnostics space
  • Proficiency in digital productivity tools; namely, Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Asana and Zoom
  • Low ego, customer service mentality and whatever-it-takes attitude
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work independently
