Production Technician

We have a full time Production Technician position available supporting our Micro Production team open in Saint Cloud, MN.  We hold every member of our team to a high standard of excellence – because everyone on our team makes an impact on our success and contributes to our ability to thrive in the rapidly changing environment.

We are looking for a motivated person who is eager to learn and grow as a member of our team – someone who can be responsible for the manufacturing or microorganism production lines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Propagate, subculture, and harvest microorganisms as assigned by the Production Manager or Production Lead.
• Verify protocol information.
• Load, unload, and perform daily maintenance on lyophilizers.
• Dislodge pellets after lyophilization.
• Perform maintenance according to the General Maintenance Schedules when applicable.
• Inform the Production Manager or Production Lead on the status of production, effectiveness of the quality management system and assessing opportunities for improvement, the need for changes, and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform and document that specified production, labeling and storage functions and activities are recorded on each DHR and comply with the provisions contained within the DMR.
• Fill out and record all applicable production documents.
• Collaborate and communicate on a regular basis with other production team members and members of other functional areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
