RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Authors change controls, including responsibility for supporting the preparation, review, processing, approval and closure of change controls, and assisting with their assessment of product, quality, and validation impact.
• Scheduling change control board meetings and working with the client and Third-Party sites to gather relevant information, specification, master documents, validation/qualification materials, and other required data in order to effectively explain the proposed change.
• Review & approve change controls on behalf of QA
• Must be a seasoned/senior individual to perform QA Approval of Change Controls.
• Document the rationale for the change and identify deliverables required to implement the change in accordance with client procedures.
• Performing and participating in regulatory and client audits.
• Adherence to all company procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotech or Medical Devices.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, ETQ
• Strong organizational skills

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• BS or BA, or higher preferred. High School Diploma required.
• At least 2-3 years working in a QA role approving Change Controls Effective decision making in are of responsibility.
