An exciting role has come up in our team for a Purchasing & Supplier Management Program & Reporting Manager, in charge of managing assigned programs in support of the Commercial, Aesthetics, Affiliates, BTS & Indirect (CAABI) Procurement organizations. Although not a direct people leader position, this role has a significant impact on the business through large scale multi-disciplinary projects and programs across all 4 regions (U.S., EMEA, JAPAC & LATAM) and 2 Business Functions (Commercial Operations, Corporate & Allergan Aesthetics). 

If selected for this role, you will:  

• Work with the Global CAABI PSM Leadership Team to develop project specifications, objectives, strategies, timelines, and milestones
• Lead the development of project plans and be accountable for their implementation
• Support the Associate Director (line manager) in managing complex initiatives within a matrix environment to ensure appropriate prioritization and resourcing in order to deliver on strategic projects and initiatives that drive the business forward
• Act as a confidential liaison to the Functional & Area Directors & VP CAABI Procurement on key organization projects and events
• Assume accountability for managing significant projects within the Organization that have substantial compliance and/or budgetary impact to the business
• Manage project/program budgets and timelines, as well as provide oversight on budgetary planning and accuracy (as assigned)
• Own reporting, weekly, monthly, and quarterly PSM internally and into Commercial Operations leadership (VP, AFD etc.)

You will work with key business partners like Functional Controllers & Area Finance Directors, global iMAX program office and other business leaders on the execution of key programs like Spend Management, DPO improvement, Supplier Rationalization, as well as other key programs and projects.

Qualifications

Are you the right candidate for this role? You could be if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s or advanced degree is preferred)
• Hold a professional certification, such as CIPS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
• Have 10+ years of experience (required)
• Have a proven track record in Purchasing & Supplier Management (or similar function), preferably as a Category Manager, with a track record in driving programs and optimizing PSM processes
• Are able to effectively navigate within a complex matrix environment, and manage and engage stakeholders across functional teams in order to deliver on assigned objectives and initiatives within the project portfolio
• Communicate efficiently and effectively
• Possess strong organizational skills to support large scale cross-functional initiatives
