Responsibilities
  • Support sustainability data collection process, input, and automation. [outside of UL system]
  • Analyze sustainability data, regulatory trends, benchmarking, and develop conclusions/present recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, events, and communication strategies
  • Responsible for execution of legal contracts and documentation
  • Develop and document program processes and procedures
  • Support the development of corporate sustainability reports, including outlining, writing, editing, and proofreading content and other sustainability communications
  • Support responsible growth strategy and serve as a team member on various site expansion projects
  • Create content for Sustainability department's internal social media communications
  • Provide program administrative support for Gilead Corporate Sustainability program managers


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in environmental sciences, engineering, analytics, or sustainability focus
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
