We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate with a passion for innovation to join our product development team to manufacture the reagents used in our novel assay system. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects, and will be a part of a rapidly growing company to make a big impact in life science research and early disease diagnosis.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Apply laboratory skills and experience to reliably manufacture molecular biology reagents and other reagents, as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of materials required for reagent manufacturing.
  • Perform quality control experiments to verify that manufactured reagents perform within specifications.
  • Document and maintain highly detailed records pertaining to the manufacture and testing of reagents.
  • Aid in the writing of manufacturing work instructions, lot history records, standard operating procedures, and other documents as pertains to manufacturing and quality control.
  • BS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field with relevant industrial experience.
  • Candidate must be highly detail-oriented and show a demonstrated ability to follow SOPs as well as document and maintain manufacturing and QC records.
  • Hands on experience in biological reagent manufacturing and working in a clean room environment are required.
  • Experience in reagent quality control, good manufacturing practice (GMP), and good documentation practice (GDP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with molecular biology and ELISA experimental techniques and with laboratory automation is a plus.
  • Self-motivation with a positive “can do” attitude, attention to details and ability to manage complex projects are critical.
  • Data management skills (Excel, JMP, or other analysis software) highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment required.
