Senior Manager, Customer Data Quality
An ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills, can work with diverse groups of people from within various departments and levels of the organization including senior leadership, and uses experience and good judgment to deliver solutions that add exceptional business value. This individual will be leading the implementation of large-scale US Commercial Operations initiatives. Candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple project timelines all at once related to operations implementations, business transformation efforts, and master data business integration. They will work directly with cross functional teams and business leaders to ensure the successful completion of projects. Individual will have direct responsibility for managing the data control team and all day to day activities, ensuring delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of operational activities.
Partner with management to set strategic direction for the business unit
Lead initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, supply, distribution and operations, to ensure alignment of order to cash initiatives and processes
Develop and deliver processes for the team that maintain strategic organization alignment
Maintain open communication to keep staff informed of department updates, critical business decisions and corporate messaging; direct updates to corresponding documentation or procedures as needed
Lead department processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policy and industry standards
Manage, coach and support development of all team members
Communicate and monitor adherence to performance standards, addressing performance issues
Review escalated cases and provide remediation, including follow-up with key stakeholders
Develop, examine, analyse and present a variety of customer data points, deriving insights to help guide strategic initiatives
Manage fast-paced environment and team, with the ability to set and balance competing priorities
Lead/manage several projects with multiple deliverables simultaneously
Industrious relationship builder undertaking and assisting with a variety of tasks associated to order to cash management Identify, develop and reward top talent while establishing a solid succession plan; build bench strength for critical roles
Monitor monthly expenses to seek cost reduction opportunities and react to un-forecasted variances
Proactive monitoring of productivity and quality trends; addressing training opportunities
Act as a thought leader; place emphasis and value on innovative solutions and calculated risks
Identify, develop and reward top talent while establishing a solid succession plan; build bench strength for critical roles
Ensure employee diversity and inclusion through hiring practices and work assignments
Superior ability to anticipate and de-escalate difficult situations and conversations
Able to ensure superior and consistent team quality and productivity results are delivered
Manage the HR elements of the team for on-boarding, off-boarding of staff, training and development
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors of Science or Administration degree.
Emphasis in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industry, experience with vaccines and/or biologics products highly desirable
Ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment, preferably 3 years
