Job Details
The Associate Director, US Dermatology Healthcare Provider (HCP) Allergy Lead, will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives geared towards Allergists to support DUPIXENT for the treatment of Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and other dermatology indications currently under development in the US.
Job Duties:
Marketing
• Develop and implement marketing tactics and initiatives that drive the long-term brand success of DUPIXENT AD with Allergists
- Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies
- Create marketing materials for peer-to-peer, personal and non-personal promotion
- Track the effectiveness of promotional tactics to optimize Allergist engagements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the Dermatology and Respiratory therapeutic areas to ensure marketing tactics and initiatives are developed and executed with the Allergist experience in mind
• Lead launch of new dermatology indication for DUPIXENT, partnering closely with and supporting sales teams by providing tools and resources to help meet objectives for launch
Budgeting
• Work cross functionally to manage and track the joint budgets
Operational
• Ensures that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines
• Management of vendors
Job Requirements:
• Pharmaceutical/Biotech marketing or sales leadership experience
• Must be able to operate in high-paced launch environment
• Strong strategic and scientific acumen
• Laser focus on execution
• Ability to represent REGN’s perspective in alliance partnership and influence in a matrix organization
• Must be willing to travel approximately 15-25% (including weekends) to attend conferences and meetings as needed
Minimum Years of Experience:
• 10+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related experience
• Allergy and Immunology experience preferred
• Biologics experience preferred
• Launch experience a plus
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
• Sales Leadership experience a plus
• Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus
