Job Details

As a Project Manager you will provide cross-functional support and tactical execution across multiple teams and therapeutic areas. This role will support the HEOR function as well as the General Medicine and Ophthalmology teams. 

A typical day may include: 
Schedule and facilitate team meetings with key partners to drive discussions and share information. Develop and disseminate meeting minutes to help reach timely decisions and achieve project goals.
Establish, track, monitor, update and provide continuous follow up on activities to drive projects forward.
Provide project management, planning, organization, problem solving and time management skills to ensure projects are being performed according to timeline, budget, and scope
Create and update dashboards, timelines, status reports, forecasts and budgets. Provide support for vendor management through SOW and invoice tracking. 
Strong proficiency in core programs including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SmartSheet. Ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes that are unique to the role.
Knowledge and experience working in Medical Affairs preferable.
Ability to interact with HCPs and track contract activities, handle invoicing.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this you will need a Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field along with 2-3 years of experience in Project Management within the pharmaceutical industry; Medical Affairs Project Management/Operations experience is preferred. Experience with actively managing and tracking multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, relationship-building capabilities, and experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to align activities of multiple partners toward shared goals.
  • Solution-oriented teammate who brings a customer service approach to working with internal colleagues, cross-functional collaborators, and external partners.
  • Role will be based in Sleepy Hollow, but flexible with partial remote.
