The Global Workplace team provides Operations and management of the company’s endpoints management platforms. Candidates primary role will provide operational and technical engineering support for these responsibilities involve analyzing business needs and opportunities, then developing and executing system enhancements and new technology installations as well as provide third level technical support and training.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Manage and support the Ipsen Mac program & develop future roadmaps.
Manage and support Mobile Device Management solution (Microsoft Intune, JAMF)
Verify technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
Collaborate with Information Security colleagues to ensure design principles and implementation practices are well aligned with security objectives and larger strategy.
Verify technical problems are resolved in timely and cost-effective manner
Manage Outsourced partners and vendors for contract compliance
Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, ticket management/documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills REQUIRED
Project Management - Develop necessary project plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects. This to include tracking statistical data, performing research, outlining project tasks, and developing necessary management reporting.
Direct the day-to-day operational responsibilities to IPSEN IT services partners.
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Solid knowledge of business information systems
An interest in the way organizational processes work.
Knowledge, abilities & experience
Customer Services focused with professional and positive attitude.
Purchasing management experience.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
Ideally have contract management experience
Confident in organizing own workload effectively, efficiently, and independently.
Ability to deal with several tasks at once while maintaining high standards.
Ability to meet deadlines and priorities a busy workload.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or 5+ years of related experience.
Languages:
Fluent in English
Key Technical Competencies Required
Working knowledge of the below technologies:
Subject Matter Expert Mobile Device Management (Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager)
Endpoints Management Solution (JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager etc.)
Enterprise-level knowledge of Mac OS & Other IOS & Android Products.
Endpoints Security Management (Defender ATP, Encryption)
IT Asset management (ServiceNow, Flexera etc.)
Service Now ticket system experience a PLUS.
Hands on experience with software development and documentation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
