ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively ensure operational issues and identified, prioritized, tracked and resolved in a timely manner; collaborate with BIO Ops, SFA, BAI, BT, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service and other cross-functional teams to assess issues, develop solutions and communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Serve as operational support lead and point of contact for various cross-functional partners (e.g., BU sales partners, Marketing, Account Management); ensure clear communication and a high degree of alignment within the organization, both horizontally and vertically, in all areas of responsibility
  • Serve as Point of Contact with Pfizer Digital to bring new technologies to Pfizer connect and operationalize their adoption, use, and excellence
  • Serve as the Point of Contact with Pfizer BioPharma Operations team to ensure processes and workflows are operationalized with the right support and ownership to be set up for success.
  • Provide Project Management support for multiple strategic initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
  • Lead and participate in various strategic and operational initiatives with a startup mentality and can-do attitude

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Min 5 years of experience; less with advanced degree
  • Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing large cross-functional initiatives in context of ambiguity
  • Self-starter attitude and change-agile mindset
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships.
  • Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and responding quickly to feedback through iterative design

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agile certification
  • Inbound and Outbound contact center operations experience
  • Customer-centric transformation experience
  • Digital transformation experience
  • Experience with pharma sales processes, technologies
