Project Manager - Data Privacy

The Data Privacy Project Manager will lead and manage projects for Regeneron's growing Data Privacy Office (DPO) within the Law Dept. The DPO's principal responsibility is to assist Regeneron with respect to legal data privacy matters globally, and the development and maintenance of the comprehensive data privacy program. The Project Manager role will be the primary interface for all project deliverables and management of stakeholders associated with these unique projects where analysis and evaluation skills are critical.

In this role a typical day may include:

• Leading and maintaining the data privacy program projects timeline
• Development and maintenance of measurable metrics for each project across the DPO
• Synthesize key takeaways from meetings and coordinating logistics, content, delivery and execution for all projects and meetings
• Manage interconnected project elements, and provide one centralized project voice
•  Evaluation and assessment of project results and measurement
• Maintain project budgets, supervise requisitions and invoices

• Tightly manage and report on program/project scope, timelines, dependencies and resources
• Bring knowledge of the latest project management tools and practices
• Support change management efforts for projects and the organization
• Identify and use solutions to visualize projects
• Possess good interpersonal and time management skills, and are a great teammate

To be considered for this role you must possess a BS/BA Degree in related field (advanced degree preferred) with 8+ years of experience in project management. A Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent. Knowledge of data privacy concepts and regulations (i.e. GDPR). Track record of success leading complex projects. A demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize across multiple programs and timelines.
