.Senior Manager, Respiratory Marketing

Regeneron markets medicines for eye diseases, hypercholesterolemia, and a rare inflammatory condition and has product candidates in development in other areas of high unmet medical need, including oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, allergic asthma, and atopic dermatitis.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager Respiratory HCP Marketing will lead the development and execution of all non-personal promotional activity (digital, print, and 3rd party custom programs) for approved and future respiratory/immunology indication launches for DUPIXENT.  The individual will report to the Director, HCP Respiratory Marketing Lead.

Job Duties:

• Leads the development and pull through of media and digital strategy
  • Lead creative development and implementation of content strategy across all channels
• Tracks the metrics and effectiveness of tactics to ensure Optimal SOV and HCP engagements
• Implements HCP marketing initiatives/programs to support the brand’s critical success factors.
• Develops HCP tactical plan recommendations in line with brand strategies and objectives
• Tracks marketing spend to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget
• Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies
• Works with marketing & sales management, training, legal, regulatory, medical, market access and market research to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the brand strategy
• Ensures that marketing processes, programs, and materials are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines
• Assumes responsibility for directing and monitoring all third-party contractors, media agencies, and vendors

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing of biologics/high science products
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members and across departments to insure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs

• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence
• Ability to represent REGN’s perspective in alliance partnership and influence in a matrix organization
• Work cross functionally to manage and track joint budgets according to the brand plan
• Demonstrated ability to deal with cross-functional areas of the organization
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% (including weekend travel as needed)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
• Prior Digital and multichannel marketing experience
• Working knowledge and understanding of media planning and buying
• 8+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related experience industry/relevant professional experience
• Respiratory/Immunology experience preferred
