Position is responsible for the initiating, auditing, correcting and trouble shooting of employee data into Oracle.  Overall, this position is responsible for the quality, integrity and quick resolution of issues within HR Operations, ensuring the consistency and quality of employee  core data entry, day to day operational transactions for Workday, Oracle, HireRight, Weichert, , Electronic Data Management, and other systems  used within the HR Operations team.

The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting and problem solving for HR Operations as it relates to the systems and quality for hr data management.  Will be responsible for:

  • The final audit position within HR Ops prior to actual data entry into the system – with a goal of zero errors.
  • Conducts audits of the process, identifies deviations from the process, keeping an updated log of issues, work with coordinators to ensure compliance with the process.
  • Work with rest of team across all sites collecting monthly updates of the operations metrics for the group (volume/error rate).
  • Working with key stakeholder groups such as payroll and IT to resolve issues, identify solutions to problems and implement those solutions.  Escalating to the Sr. Manager HR Ops as needed.
  • Take direction and carry out activities as directed by Sr. Manager Ops as it relates to issues such as mass uploads of employee data, communications , onboarding activities

Essential Functions required for the job:

HR Administration for HR OPERATIONS -

  • Manages workload and assignments, auditing the processes, identifying and correcting errors, providing assistance in problem solving..

Demonstrates strong working knowledge of HR information systems, preferably Workday, which enable and support all HR transaction processing.

  • Responsible for level one support (troubleshooting, remedying) for end users on business issues
  • Knowledable in i9 processing

Stakeholder management:

  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities by increasing efficiency, automation and reducing errors and thenraises these issues to the Sr. Mgr. HR Ops for incorporation into Global Operatinal Excellence Team.
  • Participates in root cause analysis to recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.  MBA or Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 or more years of progressive experience with business operations and/or HR systems
  • 3 or more years of experience within one or more HR operational functions
