Your ‘day to day’:

As Electronic Technician Specialist you will be part of our Manufacturing Department for Triaga Inc., and will be reporting to the Manager Technical Services. The position will be based in Wilson, NC.
  • Maintain and improve technical conditions of production equipment in order to achieve production and quality requirements, by respecting health, safety, quality and production standards.
  • Perform electronic maintenance in compliance with relevant procedures, in order to ensure production equipment availability. Support Production in executing brand and format changes.
  • Participate in installation and equipment modification respecting change management procedures to ensure equipment availability on time.
  • Maintain technical documentation to ensure information accuracy; prepare and update, whenever is necessary, standards setting and a troubleshooting list of machines/processes.
  • Complete necessary forms and introduces data in time, into our information systems to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention. Monitor shift results through the analysis of production and quality data.
  • Anticipate/Identify problems that arise, during production process and take appropriate measures to ensure the continuity of the production process and improve the efficiency of equipment.
  • Ensure that maintenance instruments/tools are in good condition, standardize and align machine settings with the kits and spare parts.
  • Promote and apply all rules concerning TRIAGA INC. Quality, environment, health and safety.
  • Ensure integral conformity with relevant legislation, internal policies and procedures.

Who we’re looking for:
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • 1-2 years of vocational training or associates degree
  • Work experience preferably in a technical field or within an industrial environment.
  • Ability to learn on the fly, action Oriented, customer focused, Organizational Agility, Problem Solving
  • Able to perform electronic maintenance activities for production and auxiliary equipment
  • Experience in coordinating/participating in technical development projects in order to improve safety conditions and more effective use of equipment spare parts and to improve equipment efficiency
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
