Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute the supply planning processes, monitor and perform the followup on Inventory management for finished goods in a sustainable and efficient way in accordance with defined planning cycle while ensuring financial targets (cash, cost) and services levels are met.
  • Define and maintain a 12-18 month production plan and ensure master data completeness and correctness by applying defined analysis tools and reporting.
  • Analyze planning exceptions reports act in accordance to the defined weekly and daily drumbeat to resolve or escalate shortages or excess. Run scenarios to explore different options to resolve shortages or excess of inventory.
  • Monitor and followup inventories and LOGD according to agreed policies to avoid out of stock situations, minimize finished goods LOGD and provide the inputs for S&OP reviews.
  • Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders for a sound and efficient business environment and relationship.
  • Monitor performance and ensure regular reviews with relevant business service provider.                        
Who we’re looking for:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Supply Planning. Additional understanding of fundamentals of MRP, Site integrated planning and Capacity planning.
  • Production Planning Software (ideally E2OPEN software, E2PR, scheduling systems).
  • Good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers
  • 3 or more years demonstrated expertise in FMCG supply planning and S&OP.
  • Good understanding of fundamentals in demand planning and fulfillment. Ideally product knowledge of relevant product categories.
  • Background in Manufacturing and/or DIM Procurement would be an asset.              
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
