The Senior Director Incentive Compensation and Alignments will provide the leadership and oversight for the full range of incentive compensation related activities as well as territory alignment development, call planning, and territory maintenance. 

This role will report directly to the Executive Director Insights and Analytics, sit on the Insights and Analytics leadership team and work cross functionally with all Commercial Business Units (CBUs) and various enterprise stakeholders.


Incentive Compensation and Contests
1)  Manages US incentive compensation plans and contests inclusive of design, goal setting, administration and implementation
2)  Oversees the needed quality checks and resolves discrepancies and deviations
3)  Operates a documented US IC Policy and US IC Governance Committee (ICG) with charter and sign offs 
4)  Assesses the effectiveness of current incentive plans and contests in driving the desired behaviors
5)  Drives continued automation of the incentive compensation process to reduce manual work and adjustments required to produce IC payouts and reports
6) Serves as a consultant for Global IC design and governance

Rewards Trips
7)  Manages the US field rewards trips design, tracking and processing

Alignments
8)  Oversees US territory alignment development and execution including territory design, mapping and alignment management across systems as well as ensuring cross functional collaboration with Commercial Business Units and Insights and Analytics 

Talent and Resources
9)  Develops people from a functional skills and leadership perspective with goal of increasing the talent level
10)  Ensures that the IC & Alignments team is structured and resourced cost effectively to implement the roadmap and oversee operational support 

Partnership and Communication
11) Develops and maintains internal partnerships with stakeholders, external vendors and provides regular feedback that is actionable
12) Proactively communicates with stakeholders in order to provide updates, anticipate future needs, offer strategic recommendations and answer questions or concerns
