SUMMARY:
Are you ready to join an energetic and exciting start up? As Kriya’s Lead Talent Acquisition Partner you will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You will be responsible for all recruitment & relationship building activities including understanding the business, team dynamics, and departmental needs. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain strategies to attract the best life science talent. Join a fun team that is creative, dynamic, and committed to teamwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead strategic recruitment initiatives and TA Process Improvement projects
• Collaborate with management and HR in an agile and fast paced environment to fill open positions with the best talent
• Source candidates and build external relationships while utilizing efficient & creative approaches to recruiting and managing headcount with continual improvement mindset
• Coordinate interviews and/or assessments, feedback sessions and maintain job descriptions as well as all posting sites
• Run and track headcount metrics, including hiring-to-plan, diversity and inclusion, compensation competitiveness
• Applicant Tracking System expertise
• Keep up to date and advise with trends in HR thinking and legal aspects of talent acquisition
• Think creatively and strategically
• Train hiring managers on the TA process
• Assist with other recruiting projects (e.g., summer internship program)
• Proactively engage managers to understand hiring challenges and provide innovative solutions to address aggressive hiring needs for a growing organization
• Effectively prioritize requisition, departmental, and project workload according to company and department needs
• The position will report to the Head of Human Resources.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong in-house recruitment experience in a fast moving, high growth environment
• Strong functional HR expertise in another area (compensation, employee relations, training & development) makes you a lead candidate
• Proven ability to attract and select a diverse slate of candidates
• Recruitment experience across multiple disciplines and locations
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated experience of working with all levels of executives.
• Experience with life science industry
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- 15% of Travel may be required post COVID
