Part Time - Maintenance - Building & Grounds Assistant

We have a part time Building and Grounds Assistant position available supporting our Maintenance team open in St. Cloud, Minnesota.  In this position, you will work part time hours Monday to Friday. 

We are looking for a motivated person who is eager to learn and grow as a member of our team – someone who wants to be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the building.

Key duties in this role include:

• Cleaning and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Shoveling snow.
• Assisting the Maintenance Technician as needed.
• Running deliveries and errands as needed in company van.

Here is what we are looking for:

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Previous cleaning experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Boiler’s license preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination will be required upon hire.
