The Impact You’ll Make

The Stock Plan Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to join a lean and passionate team at a high-growth, mission-driven company. The role requires someone who has experience operating in a high-paced start-up and public company environment with the associated reporting deadlines. It requires 'out of the box' thinking and the motivation to make processes more efficient and streamlined. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong organization and communication skills, with a keen sense of ownership for their areas of responsibility.

The person in this role will interface extensively with the following teams:  people (HR), payroll, accounting, FP&A, and both internal and external Audit as well as Legal colleagues.  The candidate will ideally have had previous experience with SOX compliance processes and record-keeping.

The Team You’ll Join 

  • You will be joining a dynamic and growing team of 5 attorneys and 3 other legal professionals.
  • The legal group is based primarily in Utah and California, but also includes and is open to remote work.
  • You will have an important role in supporting the stock manager on continuous improvement and maintenance of the company’s stock plans, services, procedures and processes, with support from the rest of the legal team and other stakeholders.

The Experience You’ll Need


  • Process transactions involving option exercises, RSU vesting and ESPP purchases, with strong collaboration from HR and Finance.
    • Perform reconciliation of records between the stock administration, people, and payroll teams.
    • Maintain database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping of equity data using Fidelity’s stock plan platform.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.


  • 2+ years stock administration (and/or accounting/corporate paralegal) experience in a U.S. public company or a stock plan service provider.
  • CEP Level One Certification or higher preferred.
