Who You Are:

As the Finance Director, Systems and IT, you will have the opportunity to develop the strategic vision for Finance and Accounting Business Processes, Systems and Analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership teams in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and HR to lead the vision, develop and implement strategies, design, and execute plans for future state processes and system enhancements to enable innovation with growth
  • Design and implement the future state financial solutions within the Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes, partnering with IT and other third-party solution providers as needed
  • Provide direction and resource allocation for several ongoing and planned projects.
  • Lead cross-functional global teams to identify organizational and workflow challenges; lead change and improvement outcomes aligned with the vision, strategy, and priorities
  • Implement state of the art reporting solutions for management dashboards, accurate external reporting, usable metrics, and reports to enable complex problem solving, process improvement, and also support corporate initiatives related to Data Governance, Analytics, and Reporting
  • Lead and develop super user capability for the SAP ERP and other systems
  • Manage and develop a team of the finance business and system professionals


Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified before start) from an accredited institution
  • Ten (10) years of finance or finance-related business process experience in a public company, preferably with manufacturing activities
  • Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA or master’s degree in finance, business, information systems, and/or strategy
  • Experience leading the financial business transformation of a global enterprise working across divisions, business groups, shared services, and corporate staffing organizations
  • Experience with SAP, financial reporting systems such as Adaptive Insights, Data Warehouse tools, Financial Planning, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams
  • Experience with lean methodologies, agile, or recognized project management methodologies
