We’re currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Content Manager.  

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will oversee our content strategy and instructional design on our medical sales job platform, which is in development for a Spring 2022 re-launch. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience creating content to both educate and drive growth. 

In this position you will: 

  • Plan and execute content strategies to support growth initiatives  
  • Create content for our platform including courses, lessons, quizzes, guides, reports, blogs and more that provides value to our members 
  • Maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year 
  • Oversee production of targeted multimedia content including video 
  • Use search engine optimization learnings to drive content strategy 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is effectively supporting lead generation activities through regular evaluation, optimization and reporting 

Position requirements: 

  • 3-5 years content creation and management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, business, marketing, or related field 
  • Experience with Thinkific, Wordpress, or similar content management system 
  • On-page SEO experience  
  • Superb copywriting skills  
  • Creative thinker with ability to conceive fresh ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company’s growth and engagement initiatives 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Communicative, able to work independently and collaborate freely with team members 

Bonus points if you have:  

  • Proficient graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign preferred) 
  • Sales experience
