The Impact You’ll Make

• Help build upon a great foundation to architect People Ops 2.0 for Recursion’s next stage of growth.
• Partner with our People team and other stakeholders as we elevate and deliver Recursion’s employee experience. 
• Create ways in which we can support Recursionauts in the day-to-day tactics that enable them to make a meaningful impact.
• Communicate with Recursionauts to understand their needs and be their advocate in delivering solutions.

By managing and executing our people processes and procedures, you’ll support us in creating an environment where people can do the best work of their lives. You will report to our Senior Director of People Operations and work closely with two experienced People Generalists who will mentor you and help you develop your strategies. 

The Experience You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources as an assistant or coordinator.
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment law and risk management (preferred).
• Operates with a bias for action; valuing progress over perfection.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Respect for the confidentiality of employee data.
• Create and analyze reports with quick turnaround times.
• Desire to take ownership of a process, while involving the relevant stakeholders.
