OPPORTUNITY
Mammoth is seeking a People and Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This individual will have a service mindset and a dedication to ensuring all staff are well-equipped to do their best work. Reporting to the Sr. Director of People, this individual will gain deep exposure to the company’s recruiting, human resources and administrative functions.This role will be located onsite at our offices in Brisbane, CA., with some flexibility for occasional remote work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience via recruiting coordination and follow-up
  • Provide company-wide administrative support, including calendar and travel, as needed
  • Ensure that employee changes are accurately documented and filed
  • Partnering with the Manager of Administration and Operations on new employee onboarding
  • Provide backup support for the Manager of Administration and Operations, Recruiting Manager and Manager of Employee and Workplace Experience, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or recruiting support role
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing and hosting web-based meetings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience using intra-office communication tools, such as Notion and Slack
  • Experience scheduling interviews using an applicant tracking system. Lever experience is a plus
  • Experience booking travel using a platform. Concur Travel is a plus
  • Ability to manage confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion
  • Exposure to or interest in recruiting
  • Superb organizational, problem solving and communication skills
