What You Will Achieve

Product Supply/Customer Service Coordinator investigates, evaluates and proposes solutions for product issues impacting market supply continuity. Develops recommendations for release plan priority based on data from Pfizer systems and communication with Above Site Team, DSA and Product Supply Management. Responsible for updating the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) release date which provides visibility of supply plan to the downstream network stakeholders. Also, keeps the IMEX boards release portion updated, to provide internal visibility to drive action closure.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Evaluates risks of supply based on market coverages, using Pfizer Tools (SAP, Tableau, OSCAR, BOBJ, etc.)
  • Escalates supply issues with Product Supply and Planning Management in order to drive internal solution and mitigation.
  • Point of contact in regards of product prioritization and network levels of supply.
  • Work with Buyer/Planners to support the Supplier Specification System.
  • Support Buyer/Planners and team with analyzing and setting inventory safety stock levels based on demand.
  • Support inventory and inventory budget metrics through the Material Review Board.
  • Support data requests from multiple groups in support of investigations.
  • Assist Product Supply Manager with metrics maintenance, i.e. product release attainment, projections, customer service, etc.

Qualifications

Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in pharma industry or supply chain
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Excellent computer skills involving data and document management, experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software are required.
  • Experience in ERP or Metrics systems (AS400, SAP, Tableau, BOBJ) • • Individual must be flexible and capable of prioritizing projects, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification
  • Experience in ERP or Metrics systems (JDE, SAP, Tableau, BOBJ)
  • Superior attention to detail, strong project management, organization, communication (both verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Individual must be flexible and capable of prioritizing projects, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure.

  


 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Use a computer terminal 8 hours per shift. Availability to respond after hours and on weekends to support 7x24 production operations.

Schedule is on 1st shift from M-F, typically 8am - 5pm. Availability to respond after hours and on weekends to support 7x24 production operations.
