Senior Analyst, Sales Operations
As senior analyst of speaker programs, this role is responsible for supporting vendor management, process & operational improvements, liaising with the field for speaker program support, and managing vendor portals. This role requires excellent project management capabilities, strong communications skills, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self-starter initiative, ability to prioritize while multi-tasking and team orientation are fundamental to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage vendor relationships
- Identify various unmet needs and process improvements through to implementation
- Manage on-going project content and deployment
- Work with internal cross-functional teams and external vendor to ensure integration and consistency
- Understanding of other functional areas and impact of relevant decisions
- Consistently manage multiple priorities to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion
- Develop and execute high-impact communications and training as needed for new initiatives
- Provide in-depth insights through ad hoc analysis as requested
Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of system software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner

- 5+ years of similar work experience preferred
- Expert knowledge and understanding of Speaker Programs
