We are looking to fill a Supply Logistics Analyst with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm schedule. The Supply Logistics Analyst is responsible for executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain process and projects. Generate tools and content to build data functionality supporting Inventory Management/Planning processes. Monitors Supply Chain metrics to identify gaps in current processes, improve service levels to internal and external customers, reduce waste, and improve the value chain efficiency.

As a Supply Logistics analyst, a typical day might include the following:

  • Perform complex data analysis to design and build ways to consolidate data associated with the Inventory Management/Planning process; provide oversight of systems that facilitate transfer of demand and production requirement information across Demand Mgmt. and Inventory Management/Planning.
  • Support Inventory Management/Planning systems through the development of databases and/or utilization of data entry forms and reports (potentially combined with Excel based spreadsheets and charts; Data Analytics tools and Planning systems (Oracle and Kinaxis RR)) to;
  • Efficiently upload all planning information.
  • Build and/or interpret queries and reports to provide ready-to-use Excel/PowerPoint friendly information.
  • Support the Inventory Management/Planning team to incorporate these queries and reports into day-to-day planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting needs.
  • Build advanced ad-hoc queries and reports to gather and present information effectively to support resolution of urgent supply chain issues.
  • Design novel Excel models, tools and templates by demonstrating advanced formulae and programming.
  • Engaging with QA/QC/Manufacturing/Procurement to coordinate availability of material and components for manufacturing.

  • Are proficient in MS Office, Excel, Oracle, and Power Point.
  • Have prior experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and Data Analytics tools (Qlik etc)
     
Education and Experience:
  • Associate Specialist: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a scientific area
  • Specialist: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a scientific area and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Senior Specialist: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a scientific area and 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Master's degree for any level, pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, APICS or other related purchasing certifications are also a plus

​May substitute proven experience for education requirement. Equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
