  • Responsible for the daily operation, including but not limited to, Dispensing, Compounding, cleaning and assembling of equipment for the solution preparation process.
  • Operates complex CIP and SIP systems.
  • Operates various equipment used for chilling water for injection.
  • Weighs and measures drug components and completes the preparation of solutions for aseptic filling operations.


  • Responsible for the daily operation, including but not limited to, Dispensing, Compounding, cleaning and assembling of equipment for the solution preparation process.
  • Following SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a problem solving mindset.
  • Communicates openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals.
  • Promote a positive team environment. Perform all tasks in a safe manner.


  • High school education or equivalent with some exposure to physical sciences.
  • Must have 12 months of manufacturing experience and a fundamental mechanical knowledge.
  • Must be competent in basic mathematics and the use of computerized systems.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Responsible, self-directed and able to work independent of supervision.
  • Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and holidays and maintain the area to GMP standards.


  • Will be required to do frequent lifting up to 80 pounds including lifting above shoulders.
  • Will be frequently pushing and pulling carts and tanks.
  • Exposed to chemicals, dust, powders, steam and extreme heat and cold.
  • Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area.
  • Vision must be correctable to 20/20. Satisfactory performance and attendance is required.
