Reporting to the Senior Director, Inspection & Risk Management, the Administrative Role to work independently in an administrative professional position, generating high quality results in an effective and efficient manner using and improving Pfizer systems and processes to support both the Clinical Supply Operations (CSO) and Inspection & Risk Management (IRM) organizations. An Administrative Lead will contribute to high quality business results coupled with wider business process thinking, planning and input, based on advanced knowledge of business administration and protecting confidential information.


  • Manages own time and professional development

  • Has strong knowledge and skills for providing administrative and project support  for CSO and IRM

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Expertise in MS Office applications

  • Office management experience preferred

  • Fluent in written and spoken English 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree is desirable. 

  • Project Management experience preferred
