Research Associate/Senior Associate Analytical Development

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with scientists to develop protein analytical methods including HPLC (SEC, IEX, RPLC), Mass spectrometry (intact MS, Peptide mapping and proteomics) and CE
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical development, process development and comparability studies.
• Operate under Good Documentation Practice for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Record experimental procedure and results accurately in laboratory notebooks
• Work on multiple projects to meet departmental and organization goals.

• For the RA position, MS/BS in a relevant area of specialization (analytical chemistry, biochemistry) and 1+/3+ years of industry experience.
• For the SRA position, MS/BS in a relevant area of specialization (analytical chemistry, biochemistry) and 3+/5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in analytical method development, including HPLC (SEC, RPLC, IEX) and LC-MS (intact MS, Peptide mapping and proteomics) is highly desirable.
• Experience in CE and ELISA is a plus.
• Highly motivated, flexible and independent, yet successful in a group setting.
• Strong technical skills along with key competencies including attention to detail, meticulous execution of protocol, excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
