We are currently looking to fill an Associate Manager, Supply Planning & Reporting to manage planning for programs across a clinical or commercial supply chain. Regeneron manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies.

As an Associate Manager, Supply Planning & Reporting, a typical day might include the following:

  • Manage inventory across the supply chain network.

  • Accumulate multiple demand streams including clinical, commercial, and lifecycle development into a cohesive supply plan.

  • Participate and provide input to the monthly process to support planning across the end-to-end supply chain.

  • Interact with multiple Regeneron departments, including, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Science, Program Management, Finance, and Manufacturing to support product lifecycle management.

  • Identify and coordinate allocation of material to support research and clinical demands.

  • Collaborate across supply chain network stakeholders to develop production plans, may include partners and collaborators.

  • Develop analysis of supply position across long term forecast.

  • Evaluate change control impact to supply positions and support compliance activities.

  • Perform analysis of operational and long-term business strategy on supply position.

  • Report inventory and program status to Supply Chain Leadership.

  • Mentor and assist planning team, position may have direct reports.

  • As Supply Planning leader evaluate overall plan and process effectiveness in accordance with sound principles of supply chain management.

  • Have excellent time management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have strong working knowledge of supply chain management at both the development stage for clinical supplies as well as at the commercial stage preferred.

  • Experience with Advance Planning System, Kiniksa Rapid Response a plus.

To be considered for the Associate Manager , you must have the following; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and 6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
