What You Will Achieve

Your technical and business skills will help Pfizer support and elevate the functioning of business information processing systems. Your knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer systems, business processes and workflows will make you a critical member of the team. Your strong communication skills will facilitate requirement gathering for building and enhancing business process maps and systems. Your business process and technical knowledge will help us develop new systems and modify existing business applications, such as inventory control, financial tracking, marketing and human resource system.

As a Senior Manager, your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Develop ideas, lead projects across sub division, and develop and manage plans to achieve objective.
  • Apply operational and technical skills and knowledge to assist support and services in the areas of business analysis, support, services, user acceptance testing, information quality, accuracy and business process efficiencies.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to simplify and improve system use and system management, including opportunities for data automation and system integrations.
  • Partner with the project manager to assess the impact of changes in requirements on the project scope and timelines.
  • Utilize specific techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders, analyze and validate the resulting requirements, and secure agreement on the requirements across stakeholders.
QualificationsMust-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 14 years experience
  • Some knowledge of Pharmacovigilance or Safety Solutions like Argus
  • Demonstrated experience with driving change across multiple organizations while exhibiting regulatory knowledge and awareness, technical competence, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor
  • Robust knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
  • Strong ability to engage cross functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Master's degree with 12 years of experience
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Experience working with applications in Marketing, Medical, Clinical, Pricing/Market Access or real world data
  • Hands on Service Delivery, Program Delivery and Operations experience desirable
