The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be a key member of the People and Culture team to support our recruitment efforts with the objective to help us build exceptional teams and significantly grow our organization by successfully coordinating high-volume, fast-paced talent acquisition and recruiting activities. 

As the first contact for candidates you’ll be instrumental in creating an awesome candidate experience. You will help grow the company by ensuring seamless logistics and timely planning with candidate interviews for many different functional roles, as well as recruiting-related events and meetings. Primarily, in this role you will: 
- Own the candidate experience from scheduling interviews to managing candidate meetings onsite and offsite, while ensuring that the candidate feels supported and informed at every step of the process
- Develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, gaining recognition as a point person with a “can-do” mindset of "I'm here to help!" and "Let's find a solution" to assist selection teams and hiring managers with their day-to-day needs
- Continuously work to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Work with our systems (Lever) to track candidate progress from initial contact through offer stage and ensure complete and accurate data
- Maintain all job postings and job boards
- Work with internal and select external recruiters, as needed, and proactively collaborate on searches to identify top talent for assigned job openings
- Assist with other recruiting projects (e.g., summer internship program, recruiting analytics dashboard)
- Flexibly jump in and help the People Ops team with additional tasks and projects as needed (e.g., background checks, onboarding, compliance, HRIS management)
- Fill in for People Ops team members when they are out of office, and provide administrative support to our Leadership Team, as needed
- Support our team and make our current and future team members feel special


About You
- 1+ years prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Administrative Assistant,  or equivalent role
- Friendly, customer service orientedExcellent verbal and written communication and interaction skills
- Self-motivated, proactive with demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Well organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Growth mindset with interest to learn new things and ability to adapt to changes in a growing organization
- Good judgment and adept at handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience with ATS, including Lever, is a plus
- Knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.), Slack, Confluence, etc. is nice to have
