Sr Manager, HR Technology - LMS

The Sr. Manager, Learning Management System provides functional and system leadership in the support of Regeneron’s LMS. We are seeking someone who will provide consultative support to the business through managing the design, development, support, implementation and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, this role will serve as the main point of accountability for all user challenges, critical issues, inquiries and feedback. This role is perfect for someone who has an eye on the future, and can build the foundation for our upcoming Workday implementation.

A typical day may include the following:

• Develop and lead LMS governance standards
• Determination of feature selection, testing, training and communication.
• Build solid relationships with internal partners (Administrators, Learning Leaders, IT) to ensure alignment to business needs and standards; ensure monthly/quarterly updates
• Handle vendors ( SumTotal System (STS), Bluewater (BW), LinkedIn Learning,)
• Identify and lead Continuous Improvement opportunities
• Manage and resolve daily LMS issues communicated through Help Desk tickets, HR Service Center (HR4U) tickets and the Learning mailbox.
• Troubleshooting of user, admin and system issues
• Develop, maintain and deliver new and ongoing Administrator training and communications related to system upgrades, changes and enhancements.
• Manage and coach a team of employee and/or contingent workers.
• Identify and lead Continuous Improvement opportunities for the LMS; manage enhancement projects

• BS Degree + 8-10 year of progressive, meaningful experience. 5+ years LMS administrative experience. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of HRIS data preferred. SumTotal experience preferred. Workday Learning & Performance experience preferred. Experience leading change projects.
