Yoh is seeking a Research Associate II to support our Biotechnology client in South San Francisco, CA for full-time direct hire role. This role will support new discovery surrounding T cells and TCRs.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments
- Isolate and culture primary cells from PBMCs
- Perform cell-based assays
- Culture and maintain primary cells and cell lines.
- Communicate experimental results
- Maintain laboratory instruments
Qualifications
- B.S. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related discipline with 2+ years of experience (or Master’s degree with some experience)
Preferred
- Experience with multi-parametric flow cytometry and cell sorting
- Experience with isolating and culturing primary immune cells for cell-based assays (T cell stimulation, proliferation, phenotyping etc.)
- Experience with handling human tissue specimens
- Knowledge of BSL-2 protocols
- Background knowledge of T cells, TCRs, and immunology is a plus
- Experience in molecular biology, and NGS sequencing is a plus
