What You Will Achieve

You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees. Starting from sourcing the candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors to salary recommendations, you will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs. It is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Support sourcing and/or full-life cycle recruitment needs for the business
  • Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse incumbent slates
  • Utilize and implement creative sourcing techniques
  • Become a credible and trusted talent advisor to the client groups

Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for all roles in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies
  • Recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
