Who You Are:

The purpose of the Site manager's efforts for any of the BridgeBio locations, including 1800 Owens, is to ensure that the physical space in which our team members work enables our team to do their best possible work. This responsibility covers all people working in or visiting a BridgeBio location, including BridgeBio Services and Affiliate employees, contractors, and guests. Achieving this will require engaging and coordinating with several stakeholders, including BridgeBio Services team members, landlord representatives, building management, and vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a welcoming and comfortable office experience for all people using the office
  • Create an office culture that is consistent with BridgeBio's mission and values
  • Manage outstanding daily office operations and administration in coordination with landlord and building management
  • Manage the use of AtSpoke (or other systems as relevant) to track and resolve issues surfaced by users of the office space (e.g., creation of knowledge articles to automatically resolve requests)
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and needs, as appropriate
  • Manage access to the office for BBP team members, vendors, and guests (e.g., Envoy platform administration; creation and distribution of access badges; allocate and manage utilization of workstations, offices, and conference room via OfficeSpace; manage applications and allocation of parking; manage vendor authorization to the building)
  • Prepare for any inspections (e.g., local officials, building management) and FDA inspections by working with QA/Reg teams (e.g., ensure the SOP for FDA pre, during, and post-inspection is up-to-date and always located at the front desk; provide proper training to the front desk/receptionist(s))
  • Oversee policies, procedures, and finances related to facilities and offices
  • Support immediate issues and longer-term office improvement efforts
  • Ensure site safety, security, and health of those using the office


Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum Education requirement: College degree
  • 15+ years of experience in facilities or office management
  • Microsoft (Outlook, SharePoint, Office)
  • Tech-savvy
  • Project management skills

  • Good communication skills
