Job description

This person will conduct mammalian cell line development, recombinant protein purification, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in stable cell clone selection, protein purification techniques, and assays. Familiarity with Wave bioreactors, AKTA chromatography systems, cell-based assays, and ISO 9001 or GMP environment would be an advantage. MS/BS. in Biochemistry and related fields. 2+ years of relevant biotech industry experience. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong work ethic, with good record keeping and organizational skills.

• Solve problems as they arise and establish solutions
• Write reports for existing research
• Maintain database of results and other data points
• Follow regulatory practices around conducting research
