In order to support Regeneron’s Center of Excellence (CoE) and expand the capability of the current Learning & Development strategic programs, we are seeking a Talent Experience Manager at our HQ in Tarrytown, NY. A Masters or PhD level candidate will bring specific analytical expertise that will expand the capabilities of the team by executing strategic and tactical programs.A typical day might include the following:
•Partner, administer, and debrief the annual Regeneron Employee Experience survey. Drive organizational capability and measure program impact through data.
•Through data insights, identify the most impactful talent (candidates and employees) experience touch points across the employee lifecycle at the enterprise and functional levels. Build and deploy content, solutions and programs to improve areas where these talent experience touch points are not working as effectively as they can be.
•Build a manager-specific assimilation program which builds a foundational set of skills for new managers company wide. Support on-going assimilation programs at the enterprise and functional level, for a diverse, and remotely located workforce.
•Evolve our employee onboarding experience and associated programs to an industry leading onboarding experience, leveraging best practices.
•Bring a Masters or PhD-level data discipline to Talent Development and conceptualize the utilization of data-led talent recommendation.This role might be for you if:
•10-12 years of proven experience (10 for Sr Manager / 12 for A.D.)
•MA required, PhD I/O preferred, heavy emphasis on the “O”
•Internal or external consulting experience required
•Prior people management experience preferred
