The Manager Contingent Workforce is a long-term contract position that will lead a team of Workforce Coordinators and will work collaboratively with the recruiting teams and business leaders to provide excellence within our Non-Employee Management Organization (NEMO). This individual will demonstrate a high level of proficiency with relevant technology platforms and will be responsible for SLA's and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform Regeneron’s approach to talent management & delivery as an integral member of the NEMO team.

General Management Duties:

  • Responsible for daily operations management of the Corporate on/offboarding compliance program
  • Backup responsibility for daily operations management of the IOPS on/offboarding compliance program
  • Manages the Workforce Coordinators and provides back-up support for peak periods and absences
  • Ensures the timely delivery of services to SLAs and in strict compliance with program SOPs
  • Regularly monitors service levels and client user experience to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Takes lead role on resolving service escalations, managing high-touch client users, and all sensitive situations
  • Meets with the REGN Program Owners daily to discuss activity levels, issue resolution, and escalation support
  • Conducts regular audits of all program activity and implements immediate and sustainable remediation activity
  • Drives the daily adoption of practices and policy across the NEMO team, internal customers, and supply base.
  • Proactively identifies and develops strategic relationships to drive adoption and ensure business needs are met
  • First point of escalation for ER issues, collaborating with the program sponsors, HRBP, and Employment Law
  • Reports on program leakage and partners with the program sponsors to devise and deploy remediation strategies
  • Communicates on the effectiveness of the NEMO team structure and recommends changes as required
  • Regularly pitches new ideas which will enhance program effectiveness and further program evolution
  • Partners with program sponsors to delivery on strategic initiatives surrounding practices and policies
  • Models the highest possible standards of ethics and compliance, upholding The Regeneron Way and core values

Operations Specific Duties:

  • Monitors the daily flow of transactions in the Beeline application, triaging bottlenecks and redistributing the work
  • Works seamlessly with the NEMO Operations Lead on all system and workflow related issues and opportunities
  • Ensures close collaboration with IT Operations Support to troubleshoot integration and workflow breakdowns
  • Ensures immediate resolution of IT access and asset provisioning escalations for urgent and sensitive scenarios
  • Closely monitors all offboarding transactions to ensure the on-time removal of systems and building access
  • Handles all onsite terminations in collaboration with program sponsors, security, and HRBP where appropriate
  • Conducts regular spots audits of Beeline transactions to ensure data integrity and program compliance
  • Ensures successful execution and administration of non-employee orientation

Technical:

  • Works in Beeline, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook as needed to perform essential duties
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of Beeline configuration, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Acquires working knowledge of ServiceNow ITIL dashboards and ticket management to support on/offboarding

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years managing Contingent Workforce Programs with leading MSPs/VOPs
  • 5+ years direct staff management experience
  • Proficient with one or more VMS tools (e.g. Beeline, IQN, WAND, Fieldglass, etc.)
  • Proven operations and staff management experience with a track record of growth
  • Strong working knowledge of FLSA and EEOC laws (ADA, ACRA, etc.)
  • Prior experience triaging employee relations issues and initiating case management
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Able to expertly navigate a large organization to build key relationships and allies
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and understand a broad Technology Ecosystem
  • Able to communicate with all levels in the organization
  • Leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understands proper escalation pathways and triggers
